After a wonderful evening last night, today was kinda mellow. Went to the gym (I have lost 8 pounds in 10 days!), and then I went to Mens Warehouse to get measured for a suit for my friend's wedding in April. Nothing like hearing your REAL measurements to make ya feel super fat again.

Finished the day at Marcella June's coffee shop with some of the guys. This is the remains of my rocky road bar ;-)
