Today, for the first time in years, i went back to the gym. This is a rather momentous thing for me; it's taken me months to get up the motivation to go, and today I finally did.
Did i do a lot? no. about 35 minutes of cardio on the bikes was all i could take before my butt started to hurt from the seats. heh. but hey… that's 35 minutes more of cardio than i've been getting for a very long time. I feel good.
I'm going back tomorrow.

Date: 2011-01-09 02:10 am (UTC)I've been keeping up with Tim and Robert's progress with P90x, and they're doing REALLY well with it. I think, aside from the programme, they have each other to keep motivated. Do you have a workout buddy? Perhaps you and Mike could go together (I don't know if he's interested)?
