2 Milestones

jpinsdIn my continuing quest to get out of the rut i've been in for over a decade now, I was able to hit 2 milestones last night!
The first milestone was just getting out nightclubbing again. The last time i had been to anything was L.L. Bear about a year ago. Last night we hit Bacchus House for their monthly Bear Night.

sluggobear standing in front of me, and somebody behind me (I can't remember who) slowly taking my shirt off on the dance floor. I resisted, and then eventually just gave in. I've never danced without my shirt on (in public) - ever. It was kind of like the couple times i've gone to a nude beach with a group of friends; it feels kinda awkward gettin' nekkid with your buddies for the first 10 minutes or so, and then it just becomes a non-issue. Dancing shirtless was kinda like that, just without all the floppy bits ;-)
I had a great time shakin' my booty last night. The music was pretty good, and the company was wonderful - as always. I felt a little bad for the "dancer" on the stage. She was workin' it so hard that night, but nobody was interested. They really need to find a bear dancer; beefy, with a fuzzy chest, and a real smile. Miss Thang last night looked so bored. I guess i don't blame him, tho, since nobody was paying attention.
2 Milestones down, and it's only the 6th of January. I wonder what the rest of the year will hold?
