I'm not really sure, since the last condom I had actually "expired" before I got to have sex (hence there being no real use for having lube).
HOWEVER, a friend of mine and his partner have a dispenser on their nightstand that looks frighteningly like a small "kegger". I can't imagine something like that would come from anywhere other than Costco, or perhaps an auto repair supply house.
