I heard about this as well. It makes me laugh! The fact that CNN is reporting it, well, that means it is the big time. You don't steal Jesus and get away with it. No matter how much poopie is involved.
Have you ever seen the guy who has the Boston Terrier in the goggles that rides in the saddlebag of his Harley Davidson here in SD? He's on the news every once in a while. He was my neighbor, and his dog shit in our grass 3 times a day. I finally taped him, gave it to my friend, the cop who works our beat here, and he ticketed the guy almost every day for 2 weeks. The guy tried to fight the tickets, lost, and eventually moved. HAH! FUCK these people who don't pick up their dog shit. I hope they give her the gravel back that was once Jesus.
